Coral Paradise is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. Smoking is NOT allowed in the rooms or anywhere on the property. Minimum age of children : 15 years old. Resort and facilities are reserved exclusively for registered guests.
Coral Paradise will not be held liable or responsible for anything that is missing or taken from you or your group while you are in Bonaire. By making a reservation with New Dreams B.V. (DBA) Coral Paradise Resort I hereby acknowledge that the use of the rooms and facilities or participation in any event or activity related to New Dreams B.V (DBA) Coral Paradise Resort is undertaken with full knowledge of risk of injury. In accepting the risk of injury, I understand that I am relieving and will fully indemnity and hold harmless New Dreams B.V (DBA) Coral Paradise Resort, its board, its officers, directors, employees, for and from any loss, cost claims, damages and liabilities for property damage, personal injury or death arising from or connected with the rent and/or use of an apartment and/or any facility related to New Dreams B.V (DBA) Coral Paradise Resort. I also acknowledge that the Caribbean Netherlands laws governs the relationship between New Dreams B.V (DBA) Coral Paradise Resort and each guest. Any dispute related to a stay at New Dreams B.V (DBA) Coral Paradise Resort and/or this indemnification is exclusively governed by the law of the Caribbean Netherlands and that only the court in Bonaire shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any litigation in connection with or arising from said relationship, including but not limited to services provided by New Dreams B.V (DBA) Coral Paradise Resort, its agents, directors, and employees.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Deposits: $300 per person, per week.
Christmas and New Year Deposits: $400 per person, per week.
Full Payment Due: 30 Days Before Arrival
If requested your reservation will be held for 48 hours. If no deposit is received by the end of 48 hours the reservation will be cancelled, don’t delay. When your deposit or full payment is received your reservation will be confirmed by email.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Coral Paradise Resort:
If you cancel 30 – 15 days before your scheduled arrival you will receive a 50% refund of your final payment. Final payment equals total paid minus equivalent of deposit ($300 or $400 per person, per week depending on the period of the booking).
If you cancel 14 days or less before your scheduled arrival or if you are a no show you will not receive a refund.

- Up to 6 weeks before the pick up date you will be charged 50 %
- Within 6 weeks before the rental date you will be charged 100 %
Dive Friends:
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposit is due 30 days before the arrival date and is not refundable.
- If booking is cancelled 7 days or less before arrival, 100% of the reservation value
- If booking is cancelled 14 days or less before arrival, 50% of the reservation value
- If booking is cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, 25% of the reservation value
